Has anyone tried painting on Foam core?
My dad wants me to paint on one for a game for the "fair" thing he's helping with at the park. It's gonna be like corn hole except the board is a space scene and you throw "comets" into the holes.
Any ideas or comments????

Same pricipals apply as posterboard, I have used foam core/board before. The paint will rot the foam as you spray but only a little, thats the only warning I can give.

amber - ALL my big stuff is on FoamCore, 20x30 - check out my site. It's NOT a problem at all - I wouldn't lead you astray, you know that. It actually holds up really well and in my opinion is much more durable and easier to show than just posterboard. The ONLY issue I've had with it is when I go to do a comet with the upsidedown can if I tap it more than once or twice it leaves a slight indention in the painting - but honestly not enough for the average customer to notice. Email me tomorrow and I'll give you more input.
